For one day, we transformed a small part of Thame High Street into creative spaces shaped by local businesses, artists, community groups, charities, performers and residents, to show what can happen when we put people, not cars, first!
When I first started applying for graduate roles, I believed the process was simple. Prepare a CV, write a cover letter, send a portfolio, and wait. After going through applications, interviews, and conversations with people already in the profession, I realised something important – those documents are only the starting point.
