The launch, hosted by the Harwell Campus, gave guests their first insight into the new format for the April 11 festival, a day of walks, talks, awards and music at Keble College.
UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle, revealed plans for those who will be at the awards event to vote for the Property Leader of the Year, the culmination of the awards event, a similar concept to that used at TvPropFest.
And he announced new members of the judging panel for the award will include former BrookStreet des Roches senior partner Hugh Blaza, who retired last year, Jonty Ashworth, property development manager at Bicester Heritage and Hannah Smart, winner of the Futures Award (Young Person under 35) of the Year in 2018.
Three new categories include Law Firm of the Year, Business Park Manager of the Year and Property Advisor of the Year.
Matthew Battle, managing director of UK Property Forums said: “After last year’s success, we are really excited about the awards programme for OxPropFest 19.
“With new judges, revised categories and a musical programme to match the venue, we are pretty confident that attendees will enjoy the event every bit as much as last year.
The other big difference is that we are holding this years event at a single venue, the world famous Keble College, which will give the event a distinctive University of Oxford and Hogwarts vibe.”
