We think that Vision Documents are a very powerful tool used to advocate development opportunities, from small scale proposals through to strategic, long term proposals. They provide the compelling design evidence to support a site promotion and early Planning strategy discussions. We excel at illustrating and communicating an opportunity. We love unpicking the layers of a settlement that history and communities have created to get under the skin of a place. We think outside of the box and we ensure that every scheme creates the right first impression. This requires strategic thinking as well as robust analysis of the context from a design and Planning perspective.
